CRO Autopilot for Shopify
AI finds your conversion leaks, builds the fixes, and ships them as A/B tests on your live store. Every variant passes a QA gate, launches as a canary, and your traffic decides what stays. You approve; it does the labor.

Audit → AI builds → QA gate → canary → autopilot decides
1. The free audit finds your leaks
AI scores your store against 48 behavioral-science heuristics and sizes every leak in dollars. The findings become your experiment backlog in the app.
2. AI builds the fix
Each fix is built as an A/B test variant coded for your theme. No dev queue, no mockup ping-pong.
3. A QA gate stands in front of your store
Before and after screenshots on desktop and mobile, deterministic checks that nothing is clipped, overlapping or missing, and an automated review of what changed. Nothing reaches your storefront until it passes, and nothing goes live until you say so.
4. Canary launch
Tests go live to a capped slice of traffic first, then ramp as the data comes in. Your revenue is never the guinea pig.
5. The autopilot decides
Statistical verdicts call the result: winners roll out, non-winners are stopped cleanly with a reversible path back to control, and confident losers are credited back.
Built to be safe on a live store
No variant reaches you without passing the QA gate, no launch starts at full exposure, and no change is a one-way door.
QA gate with screenshots
Every variant is rendered and photographed on desktop and mobile, checked for anything clipped, overlapping or missing, and reviewed against what it was meant to change. If it fails QA it gets rebuilt, and rebuilds are never billed.
Canary launches, capped exposure
Every test starts on a small slice of traffic and auto-ramps only as data comes in. Non-winning variants are stopped cleanly.
Reversible, always
Every change keeps a path back to control. Statistical verdicts decide rollouts, and confidently-losing tests are credited back to your plan.
A launch = an experiment
You are billed when a test actually goes live, never for ideas, mockups, QA rounds, or reports. Extra launches beyond your plan cost your plan's own per-experiment rate ($199 to $299), always confirmed first, capped at $7,490 per 30 days.
Plans sized to your traffic
Monthly in-app subscriptions denominated in shipped experiments, billed through Shopify. First experiment built + shipped free, unused experiments roll over, cancel anytime.
Need more in a hot month? Extra launches at your plan's own rate ($199 to $299), only when it goes live, capped at $7,490/30 days. See full pricing, including the audit and the managed tier →
Want a deeper read of every audited page? Pro CRO, which adds a read of the seven conversion stages on every audit, why each test should work and four specialist passes instead of one, is $149/mo on Starter and Growth and included on Pro, Scale and Managed.
Autopilot vs DIY tools vs agencies
| Factor | DIY testing tools | CRO Autopilot | CRO agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who finds the ideas | You / your team | AI audit, sized in dollars | Agency researchers |
| Who builds the variants | You / your devs | AI, coded for your theme | Agency devs |
| Who QAs and reads results | You | Automated QA gate + statistical verdicts | Agency team |
| Pricing shape | Tool subscription + your labor | From $299/mo per shipped experiment, first free | $5K-$30K/mo retainers, ~$3K-$15K per test inside |
| Best for | Teams with in-house CRO capacity | Shopify stores $1M+/yr that want the loop run for them | Brands that want humans end-to-end (see the Sprint) |

CRO Autopilot FAQ
How does the CRO Autopilot work?
Five steps, in a loop: the free AI audit finds your conversion leaks and sizes them in dollars (that becomes your experiment backlog); AI builds the fix as an A/B test variant coded for your theme; it QA-gates its own work against before and after screenshots on desktop and mobile before you see it; it launches as a canary with capped exposure; then the autopilot ramps traffic, reads the results, and rolls out winners. Non-winning variants are stopped cleanly, with a reversible path back to control.
How much does the CRO Autopilot cost?
Monthly in-app plans sized to your traffic, billed through Shopify: Starter $299/mo for 1 experiment (stores to ~25k visits), Growth $999/mo for 4 (~25k-100k visits), Pro $1,499/mo for 6 (~100k-300k visits), Scale $2,399/mo for 12 (300k+ visits), Managed $4,999/mo for 12 with a dedicated strategist and one hand-built variant included each cycle (extra hand builds $500). Pro CRO, which adds a read of the seven conversion stages on every audit, why each test should work and four specialist passes instead of one, is $149/mo on Starter and Growth and included on Pro, Scale and Managed. Your first experiment is built + shipped free, unused experiments roll over, and you can cancel anytime.
What counts as an experiment?
One complete A/B test counts as one experiment when it goes live: an AI-built variant from your audit backlog, coded for your theme, QA'd with screenshots, and run to a statistical readout. Ideas, mockups, QA rounds, rebuilds, and reports are never billed. Beyond your plan, each extra launch bills at your plan's own rate ($199 to $299), only when it goes live, always confirmed first, capped at $7,490 per 30 days.
How is this different from Intelligems, VWO, or other A/B testing tools?
Those are testing tools: they give you the rails to run experiments, and you (or your agency) still do the research, pick the ideas, build the variants, QA them, and read the results. The autopilot covers that whole loop. The audit finds and prioritizes the leaks, AI builds each variant and QA-gates it against before and after screenshots on both devices, and the system launches, monitors, and calls the result. You review and approve; it does the labor.
How is this different from hiring a CRO agency?
A retainer bills for time; an Autopilot plan bills for experiments. Agencies bury a $3,000-$15,000 per-test cost inside $5K-$30K/month contracts where you can't see the unit. Here the unit is the price: plans from $299/mo denominated in shipped experiments, unused ones roll over, and confidently-losing variants are credited back. If you want humans owning the whole program, that exists too: the 90-Day Sprint from $4,999 with a +15% CVR guarantee.
Is it safe to run on my live store?
Safety is the design constraint. Every variant passes a QA gate before you see it: before and after screenshots on desktop and mobile, deterministic checks that nothing is clipped, overlapping or missing, and an automated review of what changed. Nothing goes live until you approve it, or, on Growth and above, inside guardrails you set yourself. Launches start as canaries with capped exposure, ramp only as data comes in, and every change keeps a reversible path back to control. Non-winning variants are stopped cleanly, and confidently-losing tests are credited back. On the Managed plan a senior CRO strategist owns strategy and QA on your account.
How do I get started?
The autopilot is in early access and we onboard a limited number of stores at a time. Start with the free audit: it finds your leaks and becomes your experiment backlog in the app. Then get a quote and we will set up your pilot store.
Does it work outside Shopify?
The autopilot is Shopify-only for now; it is built against Shopify's theme architecture. The free audit and the managed tier (Sprint, retainer) are platform-agnostic: BigCommerce, Magento, custom storefronts, and SaaS.
Start with the free audit
