These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the acceleroi website at acceleroi.com and any services, tools, or content provided by acceleroi OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("acceleroi," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, including our free audit tool and any other tools or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

acceleroi provides the following services:

  • Free CRO audit tool: a tool that analyzes your website and provides conversion rate optimization recommendations. This tool is provided free of charge.
  • Free CRO and analytics calculators: tools such as A/B test calculators, sample size calculators, and ROI calculators provided free of charge.
  • Paid CRO agency services: professional conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, email marketing, retention optimization, SEO, and related services provided under separate client agreements.
  • The acceleroi Shopify app: the paid plans shown on our pricing page, including done-for-you (Managed), where a strategist plans and approves every test. The app's tests follow a test plan that you approve.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or using our tools.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or tools.
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without our written permission.
  • Not submit websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze through our audit tool.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, tools, and software, is the property of acceleroi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Audit reports generated by our tools are provided for your personal or internal business use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

You approve your test plan once. On done-for-you (Managed), our strategist then approves each test for you, within the limits you set. You can pause, stop or undo anything at any time. On any plan or install, you are responsible for your store, what you allow on it, and the results, as far as the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages from our services or their use. This includes lost sales, lost profits, lost data and lost goodwill. If a court finds this exclusion unenforceable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim. If you paid us nothing in that month, for example during the free first test, that limit is zero.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. That includes liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, and rights consumers have by law that cannot be excluded.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services, including the free CRO audit tool, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Specifically:

  • Audit results, recommendations, and analyses are provided as general guidance and do not constitute guarantees of specific outcomes or revenue improvements.
  • We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in any particular conversion rate, revenue increase, or business outcome.
  • Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
  • We do not warrant that our website or tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
